    «Mes deux derniers albums, Grand Tour(2014) et Partitions(2019), ont été conçus autour d'idées principalement musicales. Et même si les paroles de ces disques étaient également liées à ces concepts (respectivement le voyage et la dissociation), les chansons jouaient avant tout sur des timbres, mélodies, harmonies et structures, au-delà d'une narration ou même d'un sens.J'ai donc voulu mettre en lumière ce jeu, en débarrassant certains morceaux de Partitions de leur aspect chanté. Se concentrer sur les éléments purement musicaux a pour objectif de saisir l'essence de ces chansons, conçues dès l'origine comme des pièces pouvant se passer de mots. Ainsi, "Nora" contient des mélodies réharmonisées, tout comme des harmonies remélodisées, qu'une interprétation au piano solo a pour but de mieux faire entendre.Par ailleurs, le 45 tours Allora comporte des réarrangements de deux compositions existantes qui s'écartent des enregistrements originaux. La chanson "Aloysius" ne contient pas de cordes, d'où la volonté de présenter avec un violoncelle, un violon à cinq cordes et un violon les quatre suites d'accords possibles de son thème de clavier, ou les deux mélodies distinctes de l'harmonie unique de son refrain.C'est Mathieu Geghre (claviériste et arrangeur pour Olivier Marguerit, The Rodeo...), doué d'une sensibilité à la fois pop et classique, qui a élaboré les adaptations pour piano et trio à cordes.» OROUNI

If you only knew how strange it is to be here in this dull world without any colour or sound every girl that you see looks frozen into immobility

Suddenly a car is moving straight at you and people seem larger as they come closer to you
Bicyclists and pedestrians cross the street, approaching the edge of the screen and vanish somewhere beyond

But you can’t hear the rumble of the wheels, you can’t hear any footsteps or speech. It happens noiselessly, these movements are not accompanied by the usual symphony
Though all of it swarms with life their laughter is silent there’s nothing in their smiles but shadows cruelly punished by being deprived of any sound

All at once a locomotive rolls in, full speed, immersing the whole building in fear and yet quickly disappears
Three men seated at a table playing cards almost split their sides and look as if they had died

You’re finally disturbed You’re finally depressed Where are you now? What day is today? You forget and your heart grows faint your body needs rest
It seems this grey life carries a warning fraught with a sinister meaning your consciousness begins to wane and grow dim, your mind’s invaded by strange feelings

And one day these pictures will be replaced by others called “As She Undresses” or “Madam In Her Bubble Bath”
A sordid fight between a husband and a wife a fashionable parasite impaled upon a picket fence
